Bruno and Louise Huber’s life work was founded on their period of collaboration with Roberto Assagioli in Florence. Their findings were incorporated into their programme of teaching at the Astrological Psychology Institute in Zurich1, and ultimately documented in a set of publications, first as course manuals (Autodidacta series) and finally as published books, at first in the German language.
The book Astrological Psychosynthesis was Bruno’s introduction to the subject. First, there is introductory material to the Huber Method, so that the book is self standing. This is followed by three major sections on Intelligence, Personality Integration, and Love and Relationships. Three separate Autodidacta volumes were first published in German in 1981/1984. This material was then translated by Agnes Shellens and published as the single volume in English – Astrological Psychosynthesis – by Aquarian Press in 1991, later republished by Samuel Weiser in 1996.
By 2006 the volume was out of print, and copies were difficult to get hold of, so we agreed with Louise to publish a new version of Astrological Psychosynthesis, with minor editing, through our established print-on-demand route.

As an introduction, this volume goes to much greater psychological depth than the more easily accessible The Cosmic Egg Timer.
The front cover is unique to the English edition, showing a path towards the light with a superposed diagram of Bruno’s Amphora.
